AD explosion sparks fire in US

An explosion at an AD plant in Wisconsin is being investigated following a blast that destroyed the roof of a 1.25-million gallon digester.  Luckily there were no injuries but the company believes the explosion was caused by the ignition of methane gas when an employee started an electric exhaust fan during cleaning.
